The General Terms and Conditions apply to all services of Villalobos Pet Care.
By entering into an agreement with reference to the conditions you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Villalobos Pet Care is based in The Hague and registered with the Chamber of Commerce in The Hague under registration number:
1. General and Definitions
1.1 Villalobos Pet Care providing pet care services, located at Gevers deynootweg, 2586 BN in The Hague. Represented by Nathalia Villalobos Terkelsen, hereinafter referred to as:
1.2 Person (dog owner / pet owner) that has signed the registration form, contract
and has signed any key agreement, hereinafter referred to as:
1.3 Walking and / or collection of the dog or the care of others
domestic pets of the client by the contractor, hereafter
called the: ‘Assignment’.
1.4 An agreement is made between the Contractor and the Client for an indefinite period of time, in which the Contractor will walk and/or take care of the Dog and / or the Pet of the Client on the agreed day (s) of walk or visit and / or taking care of at a price to be paid by the Client.
1.5 Pet of the Client who is walked by the Contractor,or receiving or being cared for, hereinafter referred to as: the Pet. This can be either one or more Pets. For all Pets in possession of the Client, for which the Contractor concludes an agreement apply: The General Terms and Conditions.
1.6 The Contractor cannot be regarded as the owner of the pet.
1.7 Contractor is, by booking of service, authorized to let out the dog and / or to take care of a pet at home.
1.8 Client must ensure a proper collar or harness and leash.
1.9 The client accepts that the dog may be wet and / or dirty after the walk.
Contractor takes care of the first cleaning (drying with towel) but is
not responsible for further consequences.
2. Behavior and Vaccinations
2.1 The Contractor reserves the right to exclude dogs due to
repeatedly unacceptable behavior, this will first be discussed with the Client.
2.2The dog must be healthy unless otherwise stated in writing.
2.3 The Client ensures that the necessary vaccinations of the Pet(s) are always up-to-date (including vaccination against kennel cough, for dogs) and can submit a vaccination certificate. The dog should also be free of lice, fleas, worms and ear mites.
2.4 If your dog has difficulty walking or is ill, inform Villalobos Pet Care accordingly by e-mail,SMS or WhatsApp.
2.5 Villalobos Pet Care has the right to let the dog (s) run free unless otherwise stated in writing by the Client.
2.6 Villalobos Pet Care has the right to complete the walk with the dog (s) on leash, if found necessary by the Contractor.
3. Damage and Liability
3.1 Owner(s) of dog(s) must insure themselves (minimum WA).
The client / owner remains responsible / liable at all times
for damage to third parties for / by his / her dog.
3.2 Damage to the interior of the Client as a result of a wet or dirty
dog is not covered by the liability of the Contractor. Villalobos Pet Care will leave the dog as dry / clean as possible in the home, if care is taken for the appropriate means.

3.3 The Contractor is not liable for damages if they are on the basis of an unforeseen circumstance, such as transport problems, illness, weather conditions or family circumstances.
3.4 Villalobos Pet Care gives advice based work experience. These are always
without obligation and are followed up at your own risk.
3.5 If you are not at home, the Contractor must be provided with a
house key so that your dog can be picked up at home and / or your pet
can be cared for at home. A key contract may apply for this.
4.1 In extreme temperatures, extreme slipperiness or weather alert the dogs will be let out separately from home maximum 15 minutes. This is for safety reasons and to prevent overheating or cooling in the dog(s).
4.2 The Contractor is not liable for damage / injury or loss
of the pet. Use of services is at your own risk.
4.3 The Client – if not immediately accessible – authorizes the
Contractor, in the event of an accident, illness and the like of the pet on costs of the Client to consult a veterinarian, who if necessary may perform medical procedures and / or prescribe medication and /or administer.
5. Discontinue or cancel
5.1 Cancellation by WhatsApp, SMS or mail free of charge 24 hours before the start of the
walk or house visit, then regular costs will be charged. Bookings made using Omnify may be subject to later cancelation notice, will be mentioned in Omnify service. Bookings using Omnify has to be managed there, cancellation must also be done trough Omnify
5.2 The contractor reserves the right to stop the service during her
holidays. The contractor will inform the client in time (at least 2
weeks in advance).
5.3 If the dog / pet is not present or the Contractor has no
access to the property the planned service will be fully
5.4 The Client has the right to discontinue regular service at any time, with a notice period of 14 days.
5.5 Contractor has the right to cancel the contract at any time; the already paid amounts by the Client are then reimbursed.
5.6 Contractor may cancel services at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances or if Contractor cannot or hardly perform its duties, such as in case of unsafe weather conditions or illness.
5.7 Villalobos Pet Care does not work on national holidays unless otherwise agreed upon.
6.1 All prices shown include 21% B.T.W.
6.2 Payment within 10 days after receipt of invoice on the account of NV.
Terkelsen. If using Omnify, please follow the payment instructions on there.
6.3 If payment is not made after 30 days, a 10% increase of the total amount will apply.
6.4 In the event of repeated non-payment, the Contractor is entitled to terminate the contract.
